Guided by my influences, inspired by your desires

I offer seasonal, vibrant, and inspired cuisine through thoughtfully designed, evolving menus tailored to your occasions: a romantic dinner, a birthday, a celebration with loved ones… or as a gift to create a unique culinary experience. Each dish is carefully prepared, flavorful, and crafted to surprise and delight your taste buds, while respecting your preferences and needs.

My cooking draws from
multiple influences, crossed cultures, techniques and memories.
It evolves with the
seasons, ideas and inspirations, without ever being fixed into a definitive menu.

Each menu can be adjusted or subtly reworked according to tastes, preferences or certain constraints, within reason.
 

Exchange is an integral part of my work: discussing, adapting, refining and finding the right balance.
Above all, I offer a cuisine that reflects who I am,
authentic and refined,
designed to be
shared and enjoyed in the moment.

My name is Gaëlle Battistuta, and I come from beautiful Provence.
Cooking has always held a
central place in my life, guided by my parents, each in their own way.

 

My mother opened me up to the diversity and richness of family cooking and world cuisines, while my father introduced me to charcuterie traditions and the flavors of Lyonnaise and Italian cuisine.

These influences provided a strong foundation, as well as the curiosity to develop my own culinary identity.
 

After completing a vocational qualification in cooking,

I worked in various restaurants, exploring different techniques and styles. This experience strengthened my desire to create a cuisine that reflects who I am, through personal menus open to multiple inspirations.
 

My approach aims to share what matters most to me. I craft my dishes with care, respecting everyone’s tastes and preferences, while staying true to my culinary vision.

MY APPROACH

Private chef services built around a complete menu,
including starters, main courses and desserts, or, depending on your wishes, a starter and main course or a main course and dessert.

I also offer, depending on the occasion and upon request, brunches, buffets, cocktail receptions, gourmet platters, or themed menus, all designed in the same spirit of seasonal, carefully crafted cuisine.

Each service is designed to be convivial and shared directly in your home.
