Affined trio – An alternative to desserts to finish the meal (supplement starting from (€5)

I offer three different cheeses, selected according to your tastes, the season, and my recommendations. Each cheese may be served with a seasonal fruit preparation (compote, jelly, or jam) for a balanced flavor.
The choice of cheeses, including type of rind or milk, will be decided in advance based on
your preferences and the menu of the day.

Practical Information

The menu presented serves as a base of culinary suggestions and reflects the type of cuisine I particularly enjoy creating.

It may be adapted according to your preferences and those of your guests, in order to create an experience tailored to each event.

For a meal, choices are made by course: everyone receives the same starter, the same main course, and the same dessert or cheese, ensuring smooth service and a shared dining experience.
Some delicate ingredients may incur an additional charge, as indicated in the menu.

CHILDREN (ages 3 to 12)

Children enjoy the same cuisine as adults, with the same care in preparation.
Dishes can be adjusted in
portion size and slightly in texture according to age and appetite, without creating a separate menu.

FOOD & WINE PAIRING 🍷

To perfectly complement your meal, I offer tailored wine suggestions based on the dishes you choose.
Please note that wines
are not provided; guests can purchase them themselves, either following the recommendations on the menu or the choices we select together when planning your menu.

Depending on the meal, I can guide you toward different wine stylescrisp whites, aromatic whites, light reds, or more structured reds—to ensure the flavors remain balanced throughout.

Specific pairings can, of course, be fine-tuned in advance to suit your tastes and budget.
